April at OneDirectory: Instant Org Chart Search, Clearer Reporting Lines & New UI Updates 🌟
Quickly Search Your Org Chart 🎉
When viewing your org chart, simply type into the main search box at the top to instantly filter your current view—no page reload needed!
You'll also notice new Directory and Org Chart tabs appear within the search results, making it easy to toggle between searching your entire directory or just your org chart.
Group, Sort & View by Manager 🗂️
We’ve enhanced People Search by bringing the Manager field directly into your search results. You can now:
- View the Manager field clearly in the list view.
- Group and sort results by Manager to easily visualize reporting lines across your organization.
This update simplifies exploring team structures, making it quicker to see reporting relationships without opening profiles or navigating the full org chart.

Easily Explore Profile Connections 🤝
Browsing profile connections is now simpler than ever, thanks to our redesigned Connections pane on each profile.
Quickly view managers and direct reports, or click the expander button above a manager to instantly see an individual's entire reporting line.
Coming soon: You'll also be able to see assistants and dotted-line managers directly in the Connections pane—once you've enabled these new fields. Stay tuned!

We've rolled out exciting user interface enhancements to make your OneDirectory experience even better! Here are the top improvements:
🔍 Enhanced Search Box: Our search box now features improved styling and is placed within a static header bar that's always visible—making searches quicker and easier.
📩 Improved Search Result Display: Updated the main header area, providing more visible content within your search results.
🎯 Better Search Group Visibility: Restyled entity groups in search results for clearer distinction, with streamlined "See more" links to expand individual groups more intuitively.
📑 New Page Headings: Added clear headings to Everyone, Offices, Departments, and organizational unit pages for improved navigation.
💻 Responsive Cards & Tiles: Adjusted card and tile sizes in search results, enhancing responsiveness across different screen resolutions.
🔗 Clickable Profile Links: Profile fields that look like URLs are now automatically converted into clickable hyperlinks for easy navigation.
🌍 Clearer Office Addresses: Redesigned the office address section to better highlight regions, countries, and specific addresses on Office pages.
📐 Org Chart Enhancements: Improved the layout button and toolbar options for a smoother, more intuitive org chart experience.
