Sync Performance Just Got Faster ⚡️

We’ve supercharged sync performance; syncs now run 2–3x faster across the board for both automatic and manual updates.

Combined with our new priority queue, your Microsoft 365 profile data now updates in OneDirectory faster and more reliably than ever.

Improved Card & Face Views 🤩

People Search just got an upgrade. Both Card View and Face View have been refreshed to make it easier to browse and connect with colleagues.

Card View Updates:

  • Office and department labels now appear on each card.
  • Larger profile photos + better text contrast for readability.
  • New borders and hover styles for a cleaner look.
  • Hover to preview contact details or click to call/email directly from search results.

Face View Updates:

  • Office and department labels added.
  • Improved contrast, clearer separators, and updated hover styles.

ICYMI: Choose a Default Org Chart Layout 🎛️

You can choose a default layout for your org chart from four options:

  • Vertical Classic
  • Vertical Compact
  • Horizontal Classic
  • Horizontal Compact

The Classic layouts show direct reports side by side in a wide view, while the Compact layouts save space by grouping reports into a grid.

Each user can still customize their own layout within the org chart, but now you can define the starting view that makes the most sense for your organization.
