Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the Pro plan. When your trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid account, or contact us if you need more time.

How does pricing work?

Pro pricing is based on your company size. Choose the employee profile band that fits your organization today, and move to a higher band as your company grows. Enterprise is custom-priced for larger or more complex organizations with additional rollout, procurement, compliance, or customization needs.

Which employees count toward my plan?

Your plan is based on the number of employee profiles in your OneDirectory account. You can use filtering rules to exclude guest users, external accounts, service accounts, and other accounts that should not appear in your directory.

What happens if our company grows?

You can move to a higher profile band whenever you need to. If your organization grows beyond standard Pro bands or needs a more tailored setup, our Enterprise plan may be a better fit.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts for annual billing, multi-year contracts, and nonprofit organizations. Contact our team if you need a custom quote.

How do I purchase?

You can purchase OneDirectory by credit card. Invoice billing is also available for annual Pro plans and Enterprise agreements, with payment options including card, wire transfer, and purchase order.
